Our Programs

At New Canaan CARES, we put our community first. We offer responsive, expert-led programs that address today’s health challenges—from toddlers to adults. Families in New Canaan are facing real, evolving concerns, and we’re here to help with education, connection, and practical tools that support healthy choices.
Our mission is to raise awareness and build real-life skills that empower individuals and families. All programs are led by local health and education experts and are thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of different age groups and audiences.
Whether it’s a workshop, seminar, or multi-session series, everything we do is created with New Canaan in mind. We’re here to support you, your family, and the well-being of our entire community—every step of the way.
