Adult Programs

Strengthening Families
We offer a variety of programs designed to support the New Canaan community. Our workshops for parents and caregivers provide helpful tools and guidance for raising healthy, resilient kids. Teens can build confidence and real-world skills through our leadership training. Each fall and spring, we host community events featuring engaging speakers who bring fresh insight to today’s health and wellness topics. We also offer group sessions like parenting workshops and Narcan training, giving families and individuals practical support where it matters most.
Skills Addressed
