DESCRIPTION:In partnership with the New Canaan Library \nFamilies with children ages 10+ \nLapham Center\nJoin Seth Wallace – Assistant Director of the Yale Office of LGBTQ Resources\, and clinician at Yale Mental Health and Counseling\, for this interactive workshop. \nParents and caregivers will be guided in exploring ways to understand and support their LGTBQ or questioning youth.  We will examine the impact of family support on the wellbeing and mental health outcomes of LGBTQ youth.  Participants will be invited to work through scenarios in which they navigate challenging moments and identify personalized solutions for success.
