New Canaan CARES has teamed up with other Local Prevention Councils to bring Kaitlyn Wilhelm, Drug Control Agent for Connecticut Consumer Protection, for an informational webinar to discuss different cannabis products, review CT laws and regulations, and discuss what is being done to address sales of unlicensed products in our communities.
